About Us

Here at Te Ohu Auahi Mutanga (TOAM) we are committed to walking alongside our whānau to help them achieve their dream of being smokefree.

Tōku Hā is a wellness program dedicated to empowering wāhine to reclaim their health and well-being, with a holistic approach drawn from te ao Māori.

Our programs foundation draws upon the principles of Hauoratanga (well-being), Tiaki Taiao (connection to the natural world), Kōtahitanga (unity), Rangatiratanga (self-determination), Pūkenga Rawa (resourcefulness), Pāporitanga (community engagement), and Tuakiritanga (identity and self-awareness).

With personalised support, we guide participants on their journey to quit smoking, as we embrace the connection to the sacredness of the breath. Our team is committed to nurturing the growth of each individual, ensuring we offer many modalities as a tool to get you there.

Join us in creating a future where wāhine and their whānau can thrive,

Embracing the sacred breath of life -

Tihei mauri ora.
